It's OK. This book was written in 2007 and I found the first part - The Tools - to be of value. Ms. Cameron suggests the use of her tried and true methods of Morning Pages, a daily walk, and the Artist's Date along with a number of additional tools, and I found these to really be of value. I also think that|From Publishers Weekly|Unlike so many diet books, this cheery addition to the self-help shelves wasn't written by a nutritionist or a fitness pro, but rather by a "creativity expert" who "accidentally stumbled upon a weight-loss secret that works" while teaching
